Dermal Fillers

An extremely effective “support system” which redefines and sculpts the contours of the face. Dermal fillers act as “the foundation” to support the top layer of the skin, in effect cushioning, plumping up and flattening out a wrinkle. An ideal example of a lack of support from the ageing process are the “Nasal labial folds“ (the lines from the nose to mouth). Dermal fillers may also be administered to the lip to redefine the lip-line, enhance and plump out the body of the lip to produce a sexy and voluptuous mouth. There are several excellent dermal fillers on the market and a choice will be made depending on your requirements.

Chemical Facial Peel

As the skin ages, the outer layer becomes thicker, rougher, blemished and loses tone. Pores may become dilated and diminished circulation reduces the pinkish glow present in youth. The TCA peel is administered in conjunction with a resurfacing cream. The complete programme removes the dull layers of skin and regenerates skin growth, producing a vibrant, smooth and radiant appearance. Fine lines and superficial scars can be removed, in addition blemishes and open pores respond extremely well to this treatment.

Botox and Dysport (Azzalure)

Extensive and repetitive use of facial muscles result in wrinkles and furrows. Botox injected to specific underlying muscles "freeze" the selected area and flattens the wrinkle, thus reversing the visible signs of ageing. Botox has the remarkable effect of relaxing areas of the face, thus preventing the re-emergence of facial lines. Botox works well in isolation, or in combination with a Dermal Filler.

(Before administration of Botox you will complete a detailed health questionnaire and a consultation with both the nurse and doctor to ensure that there are no reasons why you cannot receive Botox. Your Botox is then prescribed for you by Dr Mark Harrison and administered by Helen Lynch.)
